About Metco Technology Company
Key Milestones:
- Construction and Production Line A: Launched in May 2021 on an 18,000-square-meter site with a 4,600-square-meter facility, completed in 9 months. Equipped with two 2-ton induction furnaces and two hold-melt crucibles, this line produces up to 30 tons of parts daily.
- Factory Line B: Operational since December 2022, equipped with two 500 kg furnaces, with a capacity to produce 6 tons of steel parts daily.
- Phase Three Development: Currently underway, focusing on Investment Casting and advanced R&D for precision parts.
Our specialized NDT and metallography laboratory is equipped with quantometric and hardness testing devices, ensuring rigorous quality control. With a monitored quality assurance system, all Metco products feature traceability codes and production certificates, meeting customer standards.
