About Taimaz Foolad Technology Company
Construction of the Metco factory began in May 2021 on a site covering 18,000 square meters, with a built-up area of 4,600 square meters. The production lines are equipped with induction furnaces, a semi-automatic carousel molding system, and specialized equipment, enabling the manufacture of industrial components with varying weights, production volumes, and alloy compositions.
At Taimaz Foolad, each project begins with drawing review, alloy selection, and production feasibility assessment. Following molding, melting, pouring, and finishing operations, components undergo quality inspections. Metallography, optical emission spectroscopy, hardness testing, and non-destructive testing equipment are used to evaluate technical specifications and component quality.
Under the leadership of Masoud Niktabar, CEO of Taimaz Foolad, the company pursues the development of casting technologies, localization of complex components, and strengthening domestic manufacturing capabilities. Collaboration among engineering, research and development, production, and quality control teams enables Metco to manufacture components tailored to customers’ operating conditions and technical requirements.
As part of its development journey, Taimaz Foolad Technology Company received the title of “National Model Unit” at the National Industry and Mining Day ceremony. In 2024, Masoud Niktabar was also recognized as “Top Young Entrepreneur” and “National Outstanding Young Manager.”
Taimaz Foolad’s products are used in industries such as automotive manufacturing, tractor manufacturing, pump manufacturing, gearbox manufacturing, oil and gas, petrochemicals, mining, power generation, and industrial machinery. Each product is also assigned a traceability code and production record, enabling the tracking of manufacturing history and quality control records for every component.
